FYI for anyone looking, after waiting for an hour on hold for crestron support, and them sending me the conferencing example program with modules 1.3.1, and then verifying they aren't on Crestron's FTP, nor the application market, or drivers.io, I found the alexa v2.0 modules in simpl windows in the database in the tree on the left under voice control or all modules type v.? That's the first place I looked, but for some reason I only looked for amazon and alexa, not voice... SMH.

I still don't know where the example program is if there is one. searching crestron.com only comes up with an older example program with version 1.0.2 modules.??
