We've been using TV presets V2 since its inception.? I'm finding that when I load a program to a processor for the first time and go to the presets page, I get this message, "Please contact dealer to setup custom providers on the control system."? The directory structure \nvram\USER\PROFILES-1 gets created.? If I pull the same program up on the production system, the presets are working.? (a system that has been running the same program for months)? It just seems to be when loading to a new system.? Something appears to have got broke.? Has anyone run into this and come up with a solution?? I opened a ticket with TB also.
