In our experience this is really simple.
We have been using TSR 310's? for some years on many projects, and NEVER encountered a wireless problem. I even have a couple at home that are used every day. Simply we always use Ruckus WiFi, currently Unleashed models R310,R320,R350, R500,R550 etc. The older systems with the Zone Director also were fine. We always setup a seperate SSID for the remotes and other "System" devices, on the same subnet, for password convenience not technical reasons. Always have a WAP in the same room as the remote, and set up WiFi sensibly so that there is not another WAP too close (standard good practice). These remotes do not like to roam. Setup is absolutly standard, EXCEPT NEVER enably the "Ruckus Channel Fly". This has always worked for us. Good Luck !
