Hello guys, I'm a freelance programmer for over a year now. How do you deal with a client who keeps sending the mock-up touchpanel sign-off document everytime with new changes?

Also how do you go about after you are contacted by the customer. I mean what's your whole process like? I'm not too experienced. In a year I might have done about 3-4 small projects.
