I am installing a new dm switch and endpoints in a classroom.

Pro3 processor

DM 16x16 cpu3 rps

?

Usual endpoints dm rmc 4kz scaler c, dm tx 4kz 202

?

Programming has the correct switch setup (cards, endpoints)

Processor an switch talk to each other and signal switching is fine.

Processor is not seeing end points and cannot send commands or RS232 to them.

?

I have initialized processor and done a recovery on the switch.

?

Have been on phone with support by they are stumped as well.

?

I am currently waiting for them to pick up the phone. They told the to do the switch recovery and it that didn’t work to call them back.
