The only way I'm aware of is to use a Hubitat Elevation Hub as a
gateway and then to use the Crestron-Hubitat driver I wrote.? I
haven't personally tested the driver with the Ecobee but it should
work with any thermostat that is compatible with the Hubitat.? My

The Crestron-Hubitat driver allows you to integrate a wide range
of off-the-shelf smart home devices with a Crestron system.
