Hi there I was wondering if anyone could help,with this problem please.
1. ?Have a Pac2M. Controlling all common areas in home however over the last 2 weeks the lights in these areas have been shutting off by themselves.
2. ?After doing some troubleshooting I was able to get lights on by unplugging 24V power supply to PAC2 or unplugging Cresnet power or pressing SW-R or HW-R buttons or unplugging and plugging back in Lan line not sure what is actually fixing the problem?
3. ?However over last 2 weeks lights have now gone out at least 3 times and eventually come back on not sure why or what I have done to repair or reset system?
4. ?As for indicating lights I am constantly getting a flashy red message light , ?however the net light does not go yellow or on. ?Once it goes back on the lights work again.
5. I think it is has something to do with Lan port line going into Pac2 as once when PAC2 had no power or net light being a solid yellow color no lights but once net light went solid yellow lights came back on
6. ?However now after multiple resets etc.. to Pac2 m. Can¡¯t can¡¯t lights back on in house
7. ?Could this be the start of a faulty Pac2 m? ?Do they ever fail? ?My lights have worked fine for 14 years now all of sudden net light going out on Pac2M. And no lights again
8. ?Any help or suggestions here on how to fix a sporadic intermittent issue would be greatly appreciated as tough when complete darkness in certain areas .
9. ?I also have a Pro2 just running Touchpanels not sure if this plays a part or not?
Thank ?you in advance to any testing I can do. ?Or trouble shooting tips. ?My only thing I thought of is to maybe try to buy a used Pac2 online at eBay and swap out but pricey option if doesn¡¯t work . ?I just need advice on what to replace or how to trouble shoot
