NEW Issue with Sonos - If your client calls about slow response from system


 

Got a call today about serious lag in the control system.? I log in and the CPULOAD is 100%.? This is a PRO3 running the AV and D3 that has never run about 15% after program normalization.? Started down the rabbit hole to find the issue.? Couldn't nail it down, so I restored the processor and load each program stand alone and to make sure that I didn't have a loop from EISC, even though the system has been stable for months through random changes and updates.? Finally got it down to the Sonos folder.? Client installed a new Sonos Port about a month ago and I am assuming that the Sonos must have gotten an update overnight.? I will confirm.? Comment out Sonos folder and everything is great, uncomment and load bad juju.? Sonos Port is Running 16.2
