It shows up as a discovered touch panel in my TP loader utility.? So, I'd guess that it could be possible.
However, the HTML data probably lives in a protected memory area.
I'm looking at the AprilAire S86WMUPR as a possible replacement for the Horizon one.
ControlWorks has a module for local control!
