I just uploaded "Marantz_FY21_SR8015_SR7015_PROTOCOL_V01.xls" to the group's Files area, although there was already a slightly older doc there. They're probably the same.
I've done a couple systems with Cinema 40s recently, and used the "Marantz SR-7007 IP v1.0" module from the Application Market.
