I've had a batch of DMPS3-300-c's as well on a college campus that some randomly had passwords set in them from the factory.? Had to reset them.? Also had the same issue with the touch panels, most were fine and did the setup on first connect, and others were fresh out of the box and already had logins set.? Factory resetting the TS770's are painful, as you have to reboot them 10 times or something to get them into reset mode.? The TP reset takes forever to get going.
Really slows things down onsite when you have a bunch of these to login to and setup and deploy, when you have to spend way longer just getting it a point that you can login successfully.
