Anyone have any ideas of how to make a VC4-PC3 stable so that it can find the offline dongle??
First time this happened about a year ago, the VC4 firmware was out of date. After the upgrade and other tweaks by Crestron, the PC3 seemed okay.?
Tech arrived on site today and I found that the same unit will no longer recognize the USB license dongle.?
Would appreciate any guidance if others have any to offer.
Am already on hold w Crestron to get a new case number for this unit.?
