If you like your sanity, skip the TSR-310 even though it is a great remote on Simpl jobs, it is not so great on CH projects.? I would definitely go with the TSR-310 as they have been rock solid.? The TSR-310
is sluggish, loses connection to the control system and will make someone want to go crazy.? Haven¡¯t had any complaints on Simpl and Studio projects.? Just my $.02
I'm looking at adding a TSR-310 along with some HR-310 remotes to a Crestron Home setup.? The TSR-310 looks like a great remote but I have read numerous complaints about connection issues after the remote goes to sleep to preserve battery
life.? I have also seen that there is an updated firmware for this remote that is supposed to address this issue and provide faster connection when the remote wakes up and also overall performance improvements.
Can anyone that has this remote in their installation comment on how it's performing with the latest firmware?
