Which model C2N-CBD keypad is it?? Not all models will work.? I know from experience unfortunately.

CP4-R. Trying to add a couple new C2N-CBD keypads. Every time I add one, its network ID gets set to 01. I can change it in device tree viewer, and it says it's successful, but then resets back to 01 a couple minutes later. Cannot see the device in Crestron Home Setup. Latest firmware, can see serial/etc in Toolbox. Have tried four different units from two batches, same result. Any suggestions?
