CP3 firmware issue?? You might try downgrading the firmware to a version from a few years ago and see if that make a difference.? I myself haven't seen this issue -- but for Series 3 devices, I use Crestron firmware/software back before the Series 4 came out.? Particularly now that the Series 3 has been discontinued.? I only use the latest and greatest firmware/software for Series 4 devices.
You also might try putting the CP3 on its own subnet and point all the end points to the new IP address -- that would shield the CP3 from other devices flooding the CP3's network port.? I had an issue back a few years ago with Haiku fans flooding the network with packets and messing up my Series 3 devices.? Landed up putting the Haiku fans on there own subnet to fix the issue.
