At the moment on my desktop SIMPL Windows:? 4.20 (build: 4.2000.00), Device Database: 200.265 (build: 200.26500.001.00), Crestron Database:? 218.00 (build: 218.0000.001.00)

This is ¡°bad¡± (at startup) but tolerable (knock on wood I haven¡¯t seen it pop up after I get through the initial scourge); when I posted yesterday is was just after downgrading from SMW 4.2200.00.03 where it was essentially unusable.
