The older mercury does not have a usb c. It is a usb B.
Maybe double check over there.

Hi folks,
Anyone have any ideas of why my Mercury CCS-UC-1 isn't appearing to the Zoom Rooms PC as a valid audio interface (neither mic or speakers)?
Details in post below.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi folks,?
Coming out of my long lurking slumber to post once again :)
I picked up an older Crestron Mercury unit for peanuts to donate to my church's conference room, and am having some issues.
I have everything connected in my office per the Zoom Room setup guide using an Intel NUC that I bought separately.
Nuc HDMI to the TV, PC to the Mercury HDMI in, mouse/keyboard/Logitech Webcam (not the "Logitech C930e" though) to the NUC USB ins and Mercury USB-C to the NUC.
So, the issue I have is that Zoom Rooms will not see the Mercury as a mic/speaker choice. It only sees the Logitech webcam mic and the TV speakers connected to the NUC.
I've plugged the webcam into the Mercury USB/Cam input, but it doesn't see it at all (not surprising as it's one of the older B series. I may have a C9xx series at church to try).
There's nothing in the Mercury touch screen or web setup that yields any clues, all just show the webcam mic and TV speakers (if the webcam is in the NUC)?
1. Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong?
2. I didn't realize that you couldn't present a presentation from a laptop/PC with the Zoom Rooms setup (kinda limited), is there a newer version of Mercury/Flex that does?
Thanks,
Jeff
