From what I understand i don't believe it's possible have button feedback on the Room Controls buttons. I dont believe Zoom has implemented button feedback yet into their Room Controls API.
If you are on a Crestron Panel then you can flip to a VT-PRO custom project for any "room controls" and all of that feedback will work normally.
