Hi All,
A dealer I work for has upgraded their older Digital Watchdog camera DVR which we had doing what we needed for control via IR.
They have changed this to an AnyCon?AVR-NT532C 32-ch DVR.?
I have never even heard of this product line. Tech support is very nice, but has no idea who Crestron is (no surprise). they've sent me an IR codes doc that is limited in both explanation and command set.
Any chance any of you have even heard of this, or better dealt with them??
