It's been awhile since I tested, but I don't believe there is much control available. You have access to the commands that change the modes on the unit and query what mode it is in, etc... But nothing is really available the affects the zoom room application itself or the? video conference features when in zoom room mode.
If you have access to a unit you can use Postman to go through the api commands to verify.
