Currently having lots of issues making a CP4-R assign valid cresnet IDs to several GLXX-2DIM8 units. The CP4-R is currently reading all the GLXX-2DIM8 units as the same. Crestron rep told me that he's 99% sure that this issue is being created by invalid CRESNET TSIDs on these particular devices.
Currently, Toolbox is not bringing up the function to change this device serial number/TSID, so, my question is, can this be done via console command(s)?
