There isn't a watchdog specific log as far as I know, but the processors ( 3 and 4 series ) store all of the previous logs under Sys\Plog. You can copy them out using FTP or the Information Tool. You can log into the console and send the nvramreboot command which will show the last reason the system restarted, but that may just show the same info as what was in the log.
