I've had NVX? (1G) and 10G (SDVoE) deployed on Meraki and while I'm really not a fan of Meraki for a number of reasons (for one I hate switches where you have to use a web UI much less a cloud-based web UI to configure) and my client that most recently adopted
Meraki is having regrets for similar reasons, with the settings correct it does generally work.?
First NVX-on-Meraki project was a couple years ago and the client hasn't mentioned any issues, the first? SDVoE one is an ongoing install but video is passing without any noted issues.

If the Cisco switches are "Meraki", I think you are going to have hard time getting NVX work.
