It is not reduced. As you keep increasing volume, MVMAX also increases and it eventually reaches whatever limit is set in the settings.
Basically MVMAX doesn't show you true MAX but dynamic based on what the AMP is boosting with DEQ.
If volume is at 40, MVMAX will be 69, cause the true compensated volume is at 51.
