Depends which functionality you are making use of the 8ZSA.
If you want to use the media-player functionality, you could switch over to other 3d party solutions or wait for the 4ZSP that I heard should be available in August (better than October¡).
If you need the AoIP functionality, you could go for other AoIP amplifiers.
If you need the matrix switching functionality, you might even be happy with the good old BIPAD8 which I was told by my sales rep is CH compatible (haven?t tested myself yet).
?
If you need everything combined into one 2RU-device, then i?d be interested in alternatives as well. ?
+1? I'm also curious what others are doing.? I haven't found any matrix that will work with Crestron Home and writing a custom driver is no small task, unfortunately.? The NAD?CI 980 has a Simpl driver, but is incomplete (no volume control- not sure how one misses that).? They also published the protocol and it doesn't look hard to implement a custom driver.? Again, something that has a driver for CH would be nice.?
