I'm just guessing, but maybe this time IR probe sends the volume up command several times. I suggest to double check? Samsung Universal TV Module over Toolbox / Device Learner - right click to volume button, Button Details, Minimum Number Of Repeats should be 1.
And not a bad idea to use (M)LWP with parameter 1d right before IR module. In case of volume control I use also 'press and hold' + OSC.
