I agree with Tim, you will need to ensure you have a proper route for CH to actually control it as well.
In the driver, execute test commands to see if communication to the receiver is successful or not before attempting to use the system.

Yes under ¡°build system¡± in the CH setup app you¡¯ll need to define the source inputs and outputs. Without a complete signal path CH won¡¯t know what to do and won¡¯t do any switching? Tim Greenbank Control Systems Engineer ?When you say audio routes, all of the devices are connected to the receiver via HDMI only.? Do I need to connect more than the AV inputs?
One more note, it wont even turn the unit on or off and it doesn't allow me to control volume either.
