Thanks everyone. Turned out to be an Installation of simpl, databases and stuff that decided to be broken. Unistalling simpl Windows,crestron DB, device DB and the simpl+ cross Compiler, running some registry cleanup tool and reinstalling the stuff again fixed it.

It isn¡¯t your dementia ¡ this time!
That indeed was an extra special feature that Crestron added to spice up our lives just a bit.
They changed the default setting of F9 to be a replace all, and it would do exactly that in our entire program.
I really think that Crestron¡¯s just trying to see who¡¯s paying attention!
