Updating the NVX system to the new 6.x firmware appears to have resolved this issue on our NVX-360s.

Interesting that a USB-EXT-DM-LOCAL worked, where NVX to NVX did not.? Ours are all NVX-360s.? USB 2.0 has a theoretical?max of 480 Mbps anyway.? I don't know what's going on in these units that is different.
Oh - also, I had to change my routing from Layer 2 to Layer 3.

That's good to know, and I agree, it doesn't make a lot of sense. I am already using adaptive bit rate, and EDID is set to 1080p/60, so a user's video connection is only in the 360-400Mbps range anyway. I have observed the same behavior you described. I can pull the camera feed up in the Windows camera app and have outbound video going, or I can monitor the microphone audio, but once I try to use all three; crash. I should technically have enough bandwidth available on the port to push a fully-utilized USB 2.0 connection plus the video stream. Mind you, when I query the switch's port utilization, I don't see any evidence of blocking events or anything close to max port utilization in either direction. I will have to try the 300Mbps resolution, which should be fine in this instance, to see if that clears it up for us as well. Thanks for your input!
