1 Reset the touch screen 10 times by pressing the micro switch behind the
unit. You can start the next reset cycle as soon as you see the Crestron
Swirl Logo.

2 After the button is pressed the 10th time, let go and the display will
show “System maintenance in progress. Do not reboot. Please wait.” After a
few minutes, you will see the two following buttons: “Reboot” & “Factory
Restore Menu”

3 Pressing “Reboot” will restart the unit without a restore. The “Factory
Restore Menu”, will have two options. One returns to the prior menu, the
other performs a factory restore.

(I'm logged in to OLH but search is giving me horribly wrong results -- I
thought there was another step involved but that's from memory so...)
