When uploading the MLX-3's through the gateway with the method I've been using, mine download the updated project the next time I press a button on the remote to wake it up - they don't download the update immediately.

I've got 2 MLX-3 remotes in my home system that I have been updating through my CEN-RFGW-EX gateway for years using the indirect option - Indirect checked and infiNET (EX) ID set to the ID of the MLX-3.? I do the uploads from VTPro (File
> Upload Project).? Every once in a while after uploading an update, one of the MLX-3's will give a message that no valid config is loaded, but uploading it again fixes that.? Hopefully this helps.
It sounds like a lot of people don't like the MLX-3 because of the scroll wheel on the side instead of a touchscreen, but I found that I Iiked it a lot after I got used to it.
I recently added a TSR-310 to my home system and give it mixed reviews.? The use of WiFi instead of a dedicated gateway is really nice, but I'm finding the button layout to be awkward because I can't conveniently hold it in one position
and have access to all of the frequently used buttons like I can with the MLX-3, it's just enough wider that it can be uncomfortable to hold, and it is rather slippery.

I updated the firmware on the newer IC Gateway and Acquired the MLX-3 but couldn't get the project to load to the MLX-3 from the gateway?

I have 2 way feedback and to remote works without lag and has a much better range than the MLX-2's. But I still have to connect the USB cable to update the project?
Not a deal killer but if there is something i can try to force the remote to grab the project from the gateway? It's not a big deal as I just have the one and once I get it all dialed I doubt I will change the project very often.
