So for me, after much fiddling, removing ALL my favorites then HWR regained control. The threshold for my setup seems to be about 5 or 6 favorites before it all goes for a long walk out in the corn field. At the office using the same troubleshooting we can only add 1 favorite before it poops the bed. A much larger clients system with about 15 Sonos Amps we can¡¯t seem to get back under any circumstances. In this system we are only using the module for volume control and FB...not using it for favorites at all, the app however has favorites but the integration has everything commented out but play, pause, volume and volume FB.
