The first thing I would try is connecting to the processor with toolbox and using the text console tool? enter the command "Initialize".? When that has completed enter the command "restore".? Finally, enter the command "reboot".??
This should bring your processor completely back to factory defaults and let you start over from scratch configuring the processor and loading your program.
I haven't tried it in a long time but there also used to be a command named "betacleanup" that went even farther at cleaning up a processor if the above doesn't work.
