It is my understanding that the Bond Bridge Pro is only available through dealers and isn't sold through general retail. You might try contacting Bond as to whether they would sell you one directly or they should be able to refer you to a dealer that can supply you with one.
If your Bond Bridge is disconnecting from WiFi I would contact their tech support as that could simply be a defective unit.
