After watching the HTML5 Webinar last night from Crestron, the
concept of using standard web development tools to generate our
project is very appealing.? Possibly even using something like
WordPress which is relatively easy to learn which I have be dabbling
with for the last few months.? But what I have come to realize is
the whole web stuff is very complex indeed. So many different
protocols and techniques? such as html, css, javascript, AJAX,
Comet, WebSockets, Node JS, JQuery, and so forth it is a little
overwhelming.
But what was lacking in that Webinar was the details.? I was hoping
to see just a quick tutorial on how to run the example program.? You
know, a "Hello World" type of program to get you started.? I plan to
try out the example program this weekend.? But my hopes are not too
high that I will be successful.

The sheer number of completely unrelated replies with suggestions
in this thread is concerning.?
How about some real documentation and training, Crestron?
