I wouldn't count on any updates from Snap. My MMS-2A went belly up and when I called them they said the device was now obsolete and they wouldn't do any sort of repair work on it.
I know it's getting old but 2 grand and they won't help? All righty then. It actually worked out for the best though. With nothing to lose I pulled the drive and actually managed to restore it with registry backup files on the drive itself. So I cloned it then put in a new 1T SSD and now have a nicer unit with no need for a NAS or USB drive to have enough storage.? While I was at it I doubled the RAM in it from 2g to 4g with some old laptop memory sticks I had laying around and now it seems a bit quicker to index.
And FWIW, even though the iPad app is kinda crappy that should still work. Also, the iPad app for the McIntosh MS500 streamer will work since that's just a Mirage with some fancier internals.?
I don't know how their Windows app works but it seems like it should keep going since there's no browser involved. The setup pages are just straight HTML so they should just keep working no matter what.
I liked Autonomics more before Snap snapped 'em up...
