When Amazon/Crestron released their module, I installed it into my own home as I had Echos and Dots everywhere - it worked fine. Over the last year or longer, I have noticed Alexa does not respond as she did when the Skill was first released. She does not always recognize rooms and such and at times is unresponsive.
Has anyone experienced the same issues with the Alexa/Crestron Skill or is it just me. I built out a room at a University, everything works great, except the same issues, Alexa gets commands right about 30% of the time. And it is the same command.
Any insight any programmers could share would be greatly appreciated.
