Had the same issue.
CP3 - reboots 3-25 times a day. Crazy!!!?
Rechecked all Simpl+ modules, TCP/UDP connections, updated firmware -didn't help.
Closing ports on router and enabling SSL - helped.
Passed second day test- works fine.
