We have had two customers this past week where video stops working from Apple TV 4K units that are routed through a DM switcher. Both switchers are using DMC-HD-DSP input cards and FW is up to date. These had been working fine until recently. All displays are Samsung - some are several years old. If you move the Apple TVs directly to a display, they work fine. Weird thing is DM tool shows good video coming out of ATV into input card but no video coming out of output card when switched....weird.


Now our switcher at the shop is doing the same thing. Anyone else seeing this behavior?
