¿ªÔÆÌåÓýSorry, I let myself get distracted with the ¡®process¡¯ description. ? For the run of the mill installation issues (serial terminations, network/DM terminations, basic configuration issues) that don¡¯t grossly exceed that amount of time we have for commissioning ¨C that¡¯s part of what we expect. The only time I¡¯ve had to charge extra is when the integrator is grossly unprepared ¨C e.g. show up and the entire rack ?is missing, no power in the building and not enough extension cords and generators to get what I need running ?(yes, I¡¯ve commissioned entire projects running off a generator in the parking lot), etc. ? We try to be as flexible as we can but sometimes enough is too much. ? ? -- Lincoln King-Cliby, CTS, DMC-E-4K/T/D ? From: Crestron@...

Heard that with my bad ear . . . ?It¡¯s never bad install it is just a bad program, until we prove otherwise. ? Do you recover extra labor hours expended correcting installation? ? From: <Crestron@...> on behalf of "steve@... [Crestron]"
