Sorry, I let myself get distracted with the ‘process’ description.

For the run of the mill installation issues (serial terminations, network/DM terminations, basic configuration issues) that don’t grossly exceed that amount of time we have for commissioning – that’s part of what we expect. The only time I’ve had to charge extra is when the integrator is grossly unprepared – e.g. show up and the entire rack ?is missing, no power in the building and not enough extension cords and generators to get what I need running ?(yes, I’ve commissioned entire projects running off a generator in the parking lot), etc.

We try to be as flexible as we can but sometimes enough is too much.
