I do some programming for other dealers. I require to go onsite and go over the site. I also deploy my own code. We carry all needed insurance to be in any building we need to be.

This is a pretty ignorant statement that is commonly repeated by wire monkeys. I work for a CSP and almost everyone in my company (including myself) used to wire racks, pre-wire systems, etc. I hate to break it to you, but I've had to fix many poorly wired racks while troubleshooting systems I was hired to program.
