Thanks for your interest. ?I don't believe someone could force the window against the linear actuator. ?These things are pretty powerful and the chain drive that comes out of them is very heavy duty. ?I believe it would be much simpler for a thief to put a rock through the window to gain access than to force it against the actuator.

Since you have to leave the window unlocked, does the?Linear Actuator prevent someone from opening the window?
Does the motor stop moving when it feels an obstruction?
