The DM upgrade tool used to provide an option get them when updating a 4 card pack to singles in a 16x16 but I¡¯ve been unable to get that to work recently do to a java error (I tiried at least 4 browsers on multiple computers) and when I contacted them they told me it was a web server issue and I needed to submit an email to their web people whom I never heard back from.
Anyone with an older 16x16 would be in the same boat if they tried to separate the cards from the 4pack faceplate. I suspect the cards you got are from that config, I have a DMCO 5555 that I¡¯d like to break into four DMC-CO-HD¡¯s but need the covers and internal slot inserts to do properly so I¡¯m hoping the upgrade tool is fixed.
