I have absolutely no problems running an XPanel stand alone, neither in Win10 from VMware Fusion nor in macOS. Same with XPanel Web in FFX. At the same time.

Sorry, it says "XPanel Web on Device" in those two windows that are actually NOT hosted on the device but stand-alone. It misses it on the actual Web Panel, though.
Key is to install the Adobe Air framework properly everywhere.
