Glad you had a good experience. We strive to keep our team aware and trained enough to support most common module questions. Beyond that, several of the Applications Engineers are able to dive deeper into debugging as needed. If we find something we cannot handle we can engage CCI. To their credit, they were able to speak with someone either in their office or with CCI, and they got me the answer I needed. Sometimes support departments are useful! Sometimes...
