Re: Free Fusion

Did you specify on-premises install?? I'm not surprised they don't want to set up a cloud server for you for free, but you should be able to set it up/have FSG set it up on your own hardware.

That must be recent... I was talking to them about setting up an AWS install for testing in January.? Oh well.? Guess that's another reason not to use Fusion, not that I was running short.

"As a CSP I should be able to obtain the demo version, right?"

I've tried wrestling with our rep about this several times - they want us working with the product, they should give us accounts WE can access, set up, tweak, etc.? They don't, so guess what?? I don't work with Fusion.? I don't have and can't GET experience with it, which I tell the folks I work for every time it comes up.? It reinforces the whole set of SSI modules we have to tie into Crestron programs - which we're supposed to coordinate with the project's Fusion server guru.? I leave it up to "higher-ups" at my company to figure out who the "guru" is going to be (The client's employee?? Someone we hire as a contractor?? Option C?? I don't know/care!) for a project and get myself back to writing AV control code...
