Not at all likely unless you have one heck of a lot of other stuff happening at the same time. The maximum number of signals that can change on a single logic
wave is in the tens of thousands.

If the toggle is not behaving consistently I¡¯d look at the inputs ¨C make sure you aren¡¯t holding the other inputs on the toggle (SET, RESET, TOGGLE) high and
also make sure that the output of the toggle isn¡¯t jammed with anything else that could make it appear that it¡¯s not working.
?I have a strange issue with a CP3N. It is not operating a toggle consistently on shutdown. About every tenth shutdown it doesn't operate the toggle. I'm pulsing the toggle from a stepper. I've tried different times, formats to no avail. I noticed that I
have six or so digital signals on my Clear Routes digital pulse. Is that too many?
