This is going to be very messy since you have NAT involved in addition to the broadcast domain issues with using peer-to-peer RAVA...

The shortest distance between two points is going to be to get all of the panels on one side of the fence or the other; the next shortest point I can see would be to put a SIP PBX (Asterisk or one of the pre-packaged derivatives, for example) on the LAN
side of the processor and configure all of the panels and the doorphone to register to that as a media gateway.
