One-way serial. ?The issue is one way serial port goes between 0 and 5 volts as opposed to the ¡°full¡± com ports which go between -13 and + 13 volts. ?Some devices prefer the ¡°TTL version" of rs-232.

Are you saying to use the same commands, but on an IR port setup for 1-way serial?? Or are you saying you have converted to just using IR codes?
