The dmps has to be told what network the usb ext reside on.? All the USB ext have to be on LAN or patched into a DM lan port.? You can't have some on one and some on another.? I've tried both methods and I still have problems with them pairing consistently.? I am in the process of replacing all of them with a different type.?? Crestron wrote a custom module for me.? You have to enter the network ID or whatever it is called into the module.? I can send it to you.? Or you can try calling Crestron and tell them you need the module for a dmps.? They may or may not know what you are talking about.??

The module looks uber straight forward but the techs onsite are reporting that it¡¯s not working. Last 6 characters of the MAC address have been confirmed. Haven¡¯t been able to get any information re: if the module is reporting an error or not.
